Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

All orders apart from fabric are beautifully gift wrapped as standard. This means you can add your recipients address at the checkout and send straight to them!

The receipt is always left out. To see examples of my gift wrapping, check out my Instagram and this lovely article!

Can you add in a message for a friend?

Yes, I offer a free note writing service! Simply type your message in the ‘note’ box at the checkout, or email me, specifying whether you’d like the message on the print or in a card. Notes cannot be added to fabric orders.

When will my order arrive?

All UK orders are usually dispatched to arrive within 3-5 working days, unless specified on individual products.

If you need your item quicker, please contact Josie. You can find more delivery details, including international information here.

How much is the delivery cost?

Please see my delivery page here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I deliver to many countries around the world. To check if I deliver to your country and what the shipping costs will be, please select your location in your shopping basket. You can find more delivery information here.

Also, some of my clients are international, such as Anthropologie who may be stocking some of my designs on their products. My greeting cards, puzzles and books are also available all around the world!

How will my order be packaged?

A4 and A3 prints will be posted flat, and prints larger than A3 will be posted to you in a tube. Fabric and tea towels are sent folded. All orders apart from fabric are gift wrapped as standard.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes I do:  shop now

How do you create your work?

Drawing is at the heart of my creative practice. Through a combination of detailed pencil drawing, collage and traditional print methods fused with digital processes such as Photoshop, I aim to create kaleidoscopic compositions in a romantic palette of vintage colours and textures.

You can read and listen to interviews with me via my press page, where I discuss life in the studio and how I create my work: https://josieshenoy.com/press/

I’m interested in working with Josie, what should I do next?

For commissions, collaborations, wholesale, licensing and any other enquiry, please email josie@josieshenoy.com

I’m interested in stocking Josie’s work, do you sell to trade?

Yes absolutely, full images and trade prices are available, please visit my wholesale page.

Can I have an existing print personalised by Josie?

The short answer is yes! If you have a one-line dedication in mind, like a name or date, I can add this to your print in pencil for no extra cost. Please email me with your request and I will get back to you with an estimated delivery time. Additional fees may apply dependent on level of personalisation and detail.

Do you take on personal commissions?

I do take on personal commissions from time to time, depending on the time of year. My busiest period is September – January, but it’s always worth contacting me to discuss what you have in mind! You can contact me via email: josie@josieshenoy.com. Please include as much detail you can in your email, as well as your budget if possible. I’d love to hear from you!

Can I interview you for my blog/magazine?

Of course! Feel free email over some questions and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as I can.

How do you become an illustrator? Can you give me some tips?

If you are starting out in illustration and would like to ask me a question, I am more than happy to help. Believe me, I know the position you are in! The best way to ask me quick questions is commenting on a picture on Instagram.

I love sharing my experiences as an illustrator and occasionally do talks on starting a creative business. If you are interested in booking me for your event or as a visiting lecturer, please do get in touch.
