Items bigger than a letterbox are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed-For service, and will require a signature at the time of delivery. Smaller items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

UK orders are usually dispatched to arrive within 3-5 working days, unless specified on individual products.

I use Royal Mail Airmail for overseas postage, using either Tracked or Tracked & Signed services.

Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.

Prices vary depending on weight & country. Costs will be calculated for you during checkout before you finalise your order.

Deliveries within Europe, including Channel Islands and R.O.I usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month.

Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month.

Deliveries to Germany are temporarily unavailable as I look to comply with the new German Packaging Act (Verpack G.)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes which may incur.

At present, international deliveries are taking longer than normal to arrive due to customs delays. Please be aware that possible delays are beyond my control.

How will my order be sent?

Orders made on my website are beautifully gift wrapped in my illustrated paper and washi tape, for free. My packaging is printed with soy based inks and is compostable too! To see examples of my gift wrapping, check out my Instagram and this lovely article!

If you are sending something directly to a loved one, I offer a free note writing service – simply type your message in the ‘Gift Message’ box at the checkout, or email me. 

The receipt is always left out. Please let me know at the time of ordering if you’d prefer my branding to not be visible on the outside of the parcel, if it’s a surprise for someone!

I take great care to reduce the risk of bends in the post. A4 and A3 prints will be posted flat, in strong, recycled, reinforced cardboard mailers. Prints larger than A3 will be posted to you in a tube.


Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as I’m unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.

If you suspect a lost delivery please contact me quoting your name, order number and full address and I will investigate.

I’m also happy to send you a tracking number/link if necessary.

UK orders: If delivery was attempted, Royal Mail should leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item to you. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address, for example, your work address.


Payment can be taken through Paypal or Stripe, the choice is yours at the checkout.

Note: You DO NOT have to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal, you can simply enter your card details and pay directly. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro and and Visa Delta through Paypal as valid payment methods. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment.


I do hope that your are very happy with your purchase. If you are not then please get in touch immediately.

Products bought on my website may be returned for a refund within 14 days, undamaged and in re-saleable condition. Please contact me in advance by emailing to let me know that you would like a refund, and please remember to include your order number in the email. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage and I advise that items are returned using tracked postage, requiring a signature. Please retain proof of postage.

In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit, I can only offer a partial refund after identifying how the damage occurred.

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return.

Items cannot be exchanged. Personalised, charity and limited edition prints are non-refundable. ​


I want you to be happy with your purchase, and I aim for all orders to arrive in the same condition that I dispatch them. In the unlikely event that your order arrives to you damaged, or there is any other problem with your order then please contact me via within two weeks of receiving your damaged product and I’ll do my best to resolve this for you.


Once ordered, you will be sent an email confirming the status of your order. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped. Please check your junk folders if you can’t see these emails.

Discount codes cannot be applied to sales retrospectively. Please ensure you enter the code at the time of purchasing.

All Josie Shenoy Illustration products are subject to availability. If an item is showing as out of stock, please email Josie and she will let you know as soon as it is available.

While every effort will be made to display accurate stock information, there may be times where stock is depleted after an order has been purchased. Josie Shenoy reserves the right to limit purchase quantities, supply only one part of an order or to divide orders for delivery. Any items, prices, and services featured on this website are subject to change at any time and without notice. All product descriptions and specifications are approximate and provided for your convenience only.

Please note that due to the hand-made nature of some of Josie’s products, there may be very slight variation in colours, textures and sizes.
