For delivery within the UK, orders are usually dispatched to arrive within 3-5 working days, unless specified on individual products. Delivery to other countries will take longer. Please contact Josie before ordering if you need your order to arrive by a particular date.
UK delivery: small items (gift cards and notebooks) will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class. All orders bigger than a letterbox will be sent via Royal Mail registered post or courier depending on the weight, but both require a signature. A4 and A3 Prints will be posted flat, and prints larger than A3 will be posted to you in a tube.
Delivered when you’re not at home? Royal Mail will leave you a card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted. The card should have detailed instructions informing you on how to obtain your parcel. You will have a specified period from the date of attempted delivery to rearrange delivery, after this date items will automatically be returned to us. If the item is returned to us in this way, we will need to charge for re-posting the item to you. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your daytime address, for example, your work address.
International delivery: We use Royal Mail Airmail for overseas postage, or in special cases one of our trusted couriers. Please note this is not a trackable service. Prices vary depending on weight & country. Costs will be calculated for you during checkout before you finalise your order.
Deliveries within Europe, including Channel Islands and R.O.I usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive, but can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service.
Deliveries outside Europe usually take 5-10 working days to arrive. But it can take up to one month. Delivery dates depend on your country’s postal service. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office. You can check this with your country’s customs office.

Returns and Exchanges
Items cannot be refunded but Josie will happily exchange an item for you if it is returned in it’s original condition within 14 days from purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to cover any postage costs and cannot accept any responsibility if the item is lost in the post.
If an item is showing as out of stock, please contact Josie and she will let you know as soon as it is available. All Josie Shenoy Illustration products are subject to availability. While every effort will be made to display accurate stock information, there may be times where stock is depleted after an order has been purchased. Josie Shenoy reserves the right to limit purchase quantities, supply only one part of an order or to divide orders for delivery. Any items, prices, and services featured on this website are subject to change at any time and without notice. All product descriptions and specifications are approximate and provided for your convenience only.
